VHSL state wrestling tourney ppd.

due to a conflict at the Salem Civic Center, the A/AA tourney has been delayed a week to March 7th & 8th. A check of the SCC website shows the ODAC basketball tourney on 2/29 & 3/1.

update fom Hoo-ville :

Due to the change in dates for the AA and A State Wrestling Tournament, advancing contestants will receive an additional pound on March 1st. This 3rd growth pound is a one time emergency allowance.

clarification of last update fom Hoo-ville :

The extra pound awarded to AA/A wrestlers for the March 7th and 8th Championships is only for advancing state tournament wrestlers (after regional tournament competition). Any Region hosting a regional event on March 1st will still adhere to the existing pound allowances (2 pound max growth allowance) under the WCP.
